Rupert has recently joined Nutopia as a Commercial and Business Affairs Consultant. He was previously Commercial Director at talkbackTHAMES, where he was responsible for the Company’s ancillary business and prior to that
Director of Legal & Business Affairs, overseeing the launch of some of the UK’s most successful TV brands such as The X Factor, The Apprentice and Britain’s Got Talent. As a member of PACT’s Industrial Relations Committee, he has advised on a variety of regulatory issues, such as the Video on Demand market and the introduction of Product Placement in the UK. He now runs his own consultancy business, offering commercial, strategic and business affairs advice to a variety of clients across the media sector.
